Teaching Philosophy

Hello Everyone!
I was wondering how the process of writing a teaching philosophy is going for everyone. What has it been like to step back and reflect on your beliefs and practice as a teacher? Has it been easy or difficult? Did it bring insight and revelation or is this something that you have been thinking about for a long time?
